Video Description

Moving overseas and planning to take your exercise bike with you? In this video we show you exactly how we pack and crate this Peloton exercise bike for safe overseas removals.

Large items such as a Peloton will typically require their own custom crate for safe shipping. First, our team takes careful measurements of the Peloton in order to create a perfectly sized crate for the bike.

As soon as the crate is ready, we can begin the packing process. The Peloton is carefully placed onto the pallet base, which has been pre-lined with foam and export standard bubble wrap to protect the underside of the bike. We then wrap the bike in multiple layers of bubble wrap before assembling the crate around the bike.

Each side panel is secured to the base with multiple 70mm hex head steel screws.

Our expert packers fill any gaps inside the crate with bubble wrap to prevent movement and ensure maximum protection for the Peloton.

The final side panel is then secured to the based and further bubble wrap is added to fill any space above the bike.

We then secure timber supports along the top of the crate for extra structural stability before the lid is then tightly secured, completing the crating process.

Finally, we strap-band and security seal the crate. Et voila! Your Peloton is now expertly crated and ready to be shipped to your new home overseas.
