This is the second time I have shipped personal effects from the UK to the USA with 1st Move International. In contrast to my previous experiences with larger well known companies, 1st Move have been reliable with good communication and excellent, careful packaging, resulting in a safe and intact shipment. The companies 1st Move worked with on the US side were very helpful and responded promptly to my e mails. It was helpful to be able to track the container ship on a phone app after it left Tilbury Docks and reassuring to see my shipment packed up on pallets prior to loading. Our wall clock had its own specially made wooden box and suffered no damage.
